This Privacy Policy explains how Dealerless Craps: Roll Quest, published by KYAIRS Software, handles information when you use the Android application.

Play-money only: Dealerless Craps: Roll Quest is a simulated casino game. It does not accept real-money wagers, provide cash-out, or award prizes of real-world value.

1. Information stored locally on your device

The app stores your virtual bankroll and certain preferences, such as the sound setting, locally on your device. KYAIRS Software does not receive this locally stored game data. The app does not use user accounts or cloud synchronization, so data stored on one phone or tablet does not automatically transfer to another device.

You can delete this local data by clearing the app's storage/data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.

2. Advertising and Google AdMob

The Android version uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. A rewarded ad is shown only when you choose to watch one in exchange for virtual play-money credit.

According to Google's Mobile Ads SDK documentation, the SDK may automatically collect or share information including:

IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location;
app and product interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage; and
device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other applicable identifiers.

Google states that this information may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, and that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

3. Consent and privacy choices

Where required by applicable law or Google policy, Google's consent tools may ask you to make privacy or advertising choices before advertising requests are made. You may also manage advertising identifiers and privacy settings through Android and Google account/device settings.

4. How KYAIRS Software uses information

KYAIRS Software does not operate a server-side account system for this app and does not receive your locally stored virtual bankroll or sound preference. Any information processed by Google through AdMob is handled for the purposes described by Google's services, including advertising delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

5. Data sharing

KYAIRS Software does not sell your personal information. The app uses Google AdMob as a third-party advertising service provider. Data processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK may be shared with Google and its advertising/measurement partners as described in Google's policies and your applicable consent choices.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's data/storage or uninstall the app. Because Dealerless Craps: Roll Quest does not create user accounts or cloud saves, KYAIRS Software does not maintain a server-side bankroll record to delete.

Information handled by Google through AdMob is retained and deleted according to Google's applicable retention policies, privacy controls, and legal obligations.

7. Security

The app does not transmit your local bankroll to KYAIRS Software. Network communications used by Google AdMob are handled through Google's SDK; Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

8. Age and simulated gambling

Dealerless Craps: Roll Quest is intended for adults age 18 and older. All wagering is simulated and uses virtual credits that have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, goods, services, or prizes.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, advertising services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
